Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Equity Research Analyst role at Minerva Asset Advisors in our Gurugram office. The Senior Equity Research Analyst will be responsible for analyzing public financial disclosures, creating financial models, and stress testing our hypothesis on pre-screened ideas. The Senior Equity Research Analyst will also be responsible for presenting investment recommendations to the investment committee. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA/CFA is preferred) Prior experience in investment research and/or management consulting Excellent presentation skills Experience with financial data sources, such as Bloomberg or FactSet Ability to work independently and in a small team environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyJob tags
