Job description
Position : Loss Prevention Associate
Location : Western Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 2 Years in Inventory Management
Qualification: Graduation
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for protecting Company Asset while ensuring that the facility is in a safe environment
- Responsible of Security and Safety of the store
- Ensure the correct reconciliation of assets moved from one location to another location
- Ensure the corrective action to be taken against loss assets during transportation
- Understand company processes, established to minimize loss exposure
- Report independently, violations noticed, related to loss, theft, pilferage, and safety
- Control Loss prevention (theft, pilferage) or by Misuse, Neglect, Damage, and Wastage (MNDW)
- Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures
- Ensure CCTVs are working, visitors' book is maintained
- Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages.
- Achieve reduction in shrinkage
- Spot fraudulent activities and report the same to Senior management
- Responsible for the safety of stores merchandise
- Carry out Cycle counting at the store
- Unquestionable integrity and honesty
- Willing to travel
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting
- Performs other duties as assigned.
