Job description
As a Senior Quality Engineer within Cash Management & Payments and Channels Lab, we need someone with an automation first approach to Testing and a focus on reducing risk. Few additional responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers and DevOps Teams to build refine design, functionality, features and experiments.
* Participate in design and process reviews and enhance the team's capability.
* Identify and address quality/performance issues and implement QE and engineering best practices.
* Build efficient and reusable systems and work to enhance QE process in the Lab and Value Stream.
* Knowledge across the entire Test Lifecycle including Quality Engineering, User Acceptance Testing, Test Data and Environments.
What you'll need,
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering.
* Proficient in Testing toolsets including Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, Saucelabs, Blazemeter, Jenkins, GitHub, Redhat, Jira and QC.
* Expedite in lifecycle including Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, Test Data and Environments.
* Hands on Experience in API Testing/Mobile testing /frontend testing/Unit testing/UAT Testing.
* Good Understanding in Integration with legacy systems (COBOL, JCL, IMS, SDSF, TSO, VSAM, DB2)
* Exposure with TDD and CI CD delivery.
* Experience in Programming languages (JavaScript, Java, SQL/NoSQL, Python and Unix Shell)
* Strong knowledge on Test Lifecycle, Test Models, Best Practices, Test Benchmarking and Test Tools.
* Good Experience on SQL, Automated testing tools, software QA methodologies and processes
Nice-to-Have Skills,
* ISTQB Certification would be an advantage.
* Experience from a banking domain.
* Familiarity with UFT.
