Senior Manager - Finance
OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To assist team leader commercial in ensuring and managing activities related Procurement, contract
and commercial management, Budgeting, Variation Claims, Rate Analysis, cost management and
control, Site coordination, quantity surveying duties in the region / Business Unit (BU)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist team leader in managing following activities for the BU.
Responsible for budgeting process (zero budget / rolling budget) and trace deviations in planning
with actual.
Preparation and finalization of monthly Accounts (CCR).
Audit and review of Site Accounts. Follow up for the compliance of Audit reports. Co-ordination with
Statutory auditors and audit compliance.
Compilation of Cost sheet on actual basis of various activities.
Supporting the procurement function on key Commercial issues and facilitating the BGs and LCs and
monitoring the same.
Supporting the Tendering function in commercial aspects and key accounting issues.
Responsible for Fund flow management. Ensuring regular flow of funds to sites and review the
Debtors and creditors.
Monitoring client and subcontractor related Billing.
Review and recommend the release of retention amount of sub - contractors.
Approval of bills received.
Training the Site accountants and giving necessary support and guidance to Site Accts.
Matter related to VAT returns of various sites
QUALIFICATION
CA / ICWA/ B.com
EXPERIENCE
15-20 YRS
