As a key member of the Accounting department, the primary role of Voice Specialist - AR is to handle all types of client queries through calls relating to billing, invoicing and also includes making collection calls. They will possess great communication skills and will have knowledge about billing, invoicing, payment details and will be able to process client payments.

Responsibilities :
Handling AR calls relating to invoicing, payment updating, payment processing, billing, account status etc.
Handling collection calls.
Actioning Accounts Receivable Email box.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Commerce.
Minimum 6 months experience in Voice Process typically collections in any Finance based companies.
Skills :
Must have good and impactful communication skills. Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers.
Collaborate internally to ensure queries are timely resolved.
