Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for recruitment process, managing HR operations and employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage HR operations and employee relations
- Experience in social sector with focus area of developing and implementing HR policies would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certification (e.g. SPHR, PHRi) is a plus
