Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the finance sector, particularly in the area of M&A, Investment Banking, Due Diligence and Fundraising. The successful candidate will be instrumental in conducting industry research, comprehensive company analyses for M&A purposes, and creating insightful financial reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth research reports on various industries and comprehensive analyses on specific Private Companies.
· Perform detailed financial statement analysis and creating financial models.
· Apply valuation techniques to assess company valuation.
· Develop clear and compelling presentations, including investment memorandums and teasers.
· Assist in fundraising activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
· CFA Level 1 cleared or currently pursuing, MBA in Finance is preferred.
· 0-3 years of experience in the finance sector, with a preference for candidates with startup experience.
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation concepts.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate research findings.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Flexibility in adaptability to shifting work demands and diverse project responsibilities.
