Common Responsibilities for SEEBURGER Tech Lead & SEEBURGER Expert

5-6 Years of working experience in B2B using SEEBURGER as Architect Strong experience in Migration, Transformation of B2B Landscape Strong experience with platform and infrastructure setup, installation, admin, product upgrade and patch upgrade and coordinations activities Strong experience in working with various communication protocols SFTP, FTPS, MQ, Web Services and AS2 Strong experience with SEEBURGER suite of production like, SEEBURGER BIC Mapper, Proxy server setup, API on SEEBURGER or XSTL standard mapping tools, BIS information server, navigating SEEBURGER BIS Front end Independently perform the architect role and be fully conversant with architecting B2B application leveraging SEEBURGER B2B. Ability to capture the details from As-Is systems and convert them as requirements and convert them into High level and detailed design Working on preparing EDI implementation guidelines and Mapping specifications working along with Business and also be able to reverse engineer Working with enterprise security and network/firewall teams as required and manage various aspects of encryption, certificates, firewall rules and DMZ administration Should be able to design, enhance and build new process with SEEBURGER BIS Process Designer Ability to understand EDI web application requirements and convert them into detailed requirement documents Ability to participate in migration discussion and drive the decisions technically for cutovers and deployment Should be able to coordinate with SEEBURGER and other Internal application teams to resolve any critical requests and support technically Should be able to setup different EDI communication protocols, Ability to work with trading partner setup, Partner onboarding Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Dedication to meetings deadlines and ensuring quality delivery Second, 3rd level production support and technical issue resolution for SEEBURGER BIS suite of products Warranty support and knowledge transfer activities Participate in Daily Stand ups, Status meetings etc. Awareness of incident management, change management, problem management process and Release Management Proactive and Innovate and be up to date with latest technologies Participate in all critical incident calls and own any severe technical issues Mentor and guide to scale the team technically Responsible to stabilize the landscape across all platform requirements, Integration needs Additional Responsibilities for SEEBURGER Tech Lead Must be able to own Knowledge Management activities for new and existing functionalities. Must be able to perform Techno-Functional role, which requires KPI monitoring, KPI reporting, People Management, etc. Must be able to lead and participate in Governance meetings, Tactical meetings and Stategic meetings with Client.
