-Led the engineering team, helping team members grow through hiring, coaching, and hands-on leadership.
-Managed the development, upkeep, and direction of the product roadmap.

-Provided guidance on the future technical direction of the architecture.
-Balanced short-term goals with long-term investments, deciding when to deliver quick fixes and when to delve deeper.
-Ensured continuous service availability by defining live site operations, prioritizing investments, and enhancing security and uptime.
-Focused on nurturing and mentoring talent, identifying and developing future leaders.
-Contributed to overall company leadership and expansion plans.
-Collaborated closely with Product and Sales teams to address customer concerns promptly.
Requirements:
-Must have a B.Tech/BE degree with leadership experience in enterprise SaaS, especially in growing startups.
-Expertise in JavaScript frameworks.
-Skilled in team leadership for developing cloud-based distributed systems, with a focus on scalability and modern architectures.
-Committed to delivering high-quality software with exceptional design.
-Adaptable to dynamic environments and engaging with stakeholders across the organization.
-Demonstrates ownership in business endeavors while maintaining humility.
