Job Description – Assistant Manager
Madurai Based Position Operating within US Health Care Sector
Key Purpose of Role:
As an Asst. Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of respective team leaders by ensuring optimum delivery on all agreed SLA's.
· Eye for details
· Good English Comprehension skills
· Exposure to MS Office suite
· Experience working for an MNC and managing overseas client organizations
· Exposure to US health care specifically
· Manage process financials
· Polished Client interaction skills
· Consistently review targets and proactively offers suggestions/ for enhancing the service we offer.
· Experience managing health care processes
· Experience leading a team of processors/ executives/team leads with significant mentoring skills
· Exposure owing and delivering process performance on key SLA metrics
· Adaptable and flexible to meet business and operations requirements with strong negotiations skills
· Drive Compliance, Incident & change management to ensure no or minimal impact to business
