Location: Nigeria

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Benefits: Contractual basis, Accommodation- Inside the Company, Food/ Meal will be provided by the company, Annual Leaves after 12 Month


Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Collaborate with senior management to ensure synergy between sales initiatives and overall corporate strategy.


2. Team Leadership: • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. • Set clear performance expectations, provide guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.


3. Sales Execution: • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure. • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance against targets. • Implement effective sales methodologies and ensure the team's adherence to best practices.


4. Customer Relationship Management: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with customer needs.


5. Market Expansion: • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for Steel products. • Develop and execute plans to expand the company's market presence and Customer base. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products or services.


6. Budget Management: • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. • Monitor and control expenses to meet or exceed profitability targets.


7. Reporting and Analysis: • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.


8. Compliance and Ethics: • Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.


Qualifications :

ï'· Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous. Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in the Steel industry. 

ï'· In-depth knowledge of Steel products, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations. 

ï'· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ï'· Strategic thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Products: TMT Bars, MS square and round rods, wired Rods, Allied Products, MS Strips, Industrial Gases
