Scaffolding Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing the scaffolding team, coordinating with contractors, ensuring the use of proper safety protocols, dismantling the scaffolds, and working at heights as needed. The Scaffolding Supervisor will also be responsible for fall protection and other related tasks as assigned.

• Supervisory skills, including the ability to manage and lead a team of scaffold professionals
• Experience in dismantling and erecting scaffolding using various materials and methods
• Expertise in working at height and providing fall protection
• Proficient in Scaffolding protocols and best practices
• Passionate about safety and able to ensure that the highest safety protocols are being adhered to on assigned work sites
• Good communication and team-building skills
• Must have an SSC or equivalent certificate
• OSHA 30 card certification is desirable, but not mandatory
• Additional vocational school or certified related to scaffolding, fall protection or similar is considered an asset
