Pentair is currently seeking IoT Security Specialist. This role is responsible to review the IoT security policy and further enhance it based on the IoT security framework and latest updates. This role will be responsible to validate all the IoT implementations as per established IoT security policy. This individual must be well-versed in the latest technologies in IoT & Digital space.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribution in defining the IoT Security Policy in Pentair along with Pentair IT
- Ensuring security implementation at each layer as per established policy -
- Device Hardware & Physical Security
- Device Firmware
- Device Connectivity
- Mobile Application
- Web Application
- Cloud
- Supply Chain & Production
- Coordinate with all the development teams including partners for getting the security observations fixed
- Publish White Papers and blogs
- Present technical topics, IoT Security trends etc to team & management
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering discipline; Master's degree or higher from IIT/IISc or other premier institutes preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Security including 2+ years of experience in IoT Security
- AWS Experience will have weightage
- Thorough understanding of IoTSF Foundation - IoT Security Compliance Framework
- Thorough understanding of IoT implementation Architecture
