Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/ her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
• Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.
• Strongly adopt, imbibe and reflect the values that are required in any teacher in Vedantu.
• Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization's needs.
• Effectively engage with multiple stakeholders on the training needs, training plans, training designs and training feedbacks.
• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs
• Proactively work with the Master Teachers/Class Teachers/Personal Teachers to improve their session delivering skills by reviewing the sessions, connecting with teachers and conducting review meetings as and when required
• Reactively support the teacher by connecting the teacher with right individual in cases outside the scope of this profile
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualification & skills :

• Graduate (or) post graduate in HR/ Psychology/ Adult education
• Training Delivery experience for Mid-level Managers
• Any Training Certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience in working with the fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral business communication skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications
