Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an organic marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Lead SEO and ASO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) to increase visibility.
- Manage content creation, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media content through different company channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic marketing performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate organic strategies with overall marketing plans.
- Engage in community management and interaction on various platforms to foster brand loyalty.
- Conceptualize and run forums to acquire users from the target segments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in organic marketing and industry practices.
- Implement organic social media campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate with the design team for creative content development.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in organic marketing or a similar role.
- Proficient in SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush).
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Willing to be a part of a 1-to-100 business building journey & getting hands dirty
- Highly ambitious, energetic, passionate and go-getter
