Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Guest Relations Executive, located in Mumbai, India. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and interacting with guests, providing customer service, assisting with sales and events, fulfilling receptionist duties, and maintaining a professional image for the company.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales skills including upselling and cross-selling
- Ability to manage bookings and reservations, answer phone calls and emails
- Receptionist duties such as maintaining documents, receiving visitors, and managing databases
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and other regional languages
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related field preferred
- Any diploma or degree in hospitality management would be an added advantage
