Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our travel packages sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the travel packages and tourism industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, establishing and maintaining key client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities Team Leadership: · Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. · Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance. Sales Strategy: · Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. · Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business growth. Client Relationship Management: · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their travel requirements and preferences. · Work closely with clients to customize travel packages that meet their specific needs and exceed their expectations. Product Knowledge: · Stay updated on the latest travel destinations, trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of our travel packages to clients. · Train and educate the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Sales Reporting and Analysis: · Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. · Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for management review. Collaboration: · Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of travel packages. · Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. · Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. · In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including popular destinations, trends, and customer preferences. · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Job tags
