Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader located in Pune. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve their targets, developing and executing sales strategies, managing the distributor network, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and distributor network management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the mobile industry is a plus.
• Fluency in local language is a plus.
