About OnlineSales.ai Built by ex-Amazon ad-tech experts, OnlineSales.ai offers a future-proof Co-op Marketing (Hyperlocal) Operating System - accelerating digital transformation across Enterprise Brands & it's Channel Partner ecosystem. We are an Enterprise B2B SaaS startup, based out of Pune India. Several Enterprise OEMs across Auto, Retail and CPG verticals and 7000+ Channel Partners are leveraging OnlineSales.ai to digitize Co-op Marketing budgets to personalize & localize Shopper experience at scale. About the role As a Junior Visual designer you will be exclusively work with our marketing team, creating visually stunning assets and collaterals that will enable growth, content, and product marketing goals. You will have the exciting opportunity for translating product requirements and brand guidelines into captivating interface designs, wireframes, and prototypes. You will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral. You will be closely working with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity and functionality. What will you do @OnlineSales
Measure and improve user satisfaction with the visual design of the SaaS platform through surveys, feedback analysis, and iterative design improvements.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables, including landing pages, marketing materials, and platform interfaces.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the time to market for new product features or updates, focusing on the design aspects.
Analyze the impact of design changes on user engagement, retention, and conversion rates, especially concerning ad creatives and proposals.
Foster high-quality collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in design workflows.
Minimize the number of design iterations required to finalize user interfaces while maintaining high standards of visual appeal and usability.
Deliver design assets for marketing campaigns with speed and accuracy to support the company's promotional efforts.
Monitor and optimize the conversion rate of landing pages designed by the visual designer, implementing best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
You will be a great fit, if you have:
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience in Sketch and Figma.
1-4 years of experience
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout composition, and graphic design principles.
Keen attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution in design.
Ability to creatively solve design challenges and address user needs effectively.
Excellent time management skills for prioritization and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and feedback incorporation.
