Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at WOWIT Digital, you will be a key player in shaping the online presence of our prestigious clients. With a focus on big brands, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies that drive results. Acting as the crucial link between clients and our agency, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for our esteemed clients.
Curate engaging content calendars aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact between clients and WOWIT Digital.
Understand client goals and expectations, ensuring they are met through strategic social media initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
Collaboration with the Design Team:
Work closely with our in-house design team to produce visually captivating and on-brand content.
Coordinate the production of multimedia content, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
Stay Current with Social Media Trends:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Recommend and implement innovative social media strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.
