Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Chennai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experience and managing customer service.
1.Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and support related to wind blade materials and engineering services.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, striving for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
2.Order Management:
- Process customer orders for wind blade materials and engineering services accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
3.Technical Assistance:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and usage.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate wind blade materials and engineering solutions based on their requirements and project specifications.
4.Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company's CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, orders, and feedback for management review and decision-making.
5.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Related work experience in customer support is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
