Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist at TradeUdhaar in Noida. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with debt collection, cash collection, customer service, communication, and finance. The Collections Specialist will ensure timely payment of overdue invoices, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work with numbers and an understanding of basic finance
- Good organization and time management skills
- Experience in customer service, collections, accounting or related roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
