6) Job Description :
Quality Control Procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures specifically tailored for dyes and intermediates.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors and technicians.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on specific requirements related to dyes and intermediates.
Inspection and Testing
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished dyes.
- Utilize specialized testing equipment and methodologies to assess product quality.
Color Matching and Consistency
- Oversee color matching processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in the final dye products.
- Implement measures to address color variations and maintain color quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, including test results and inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on the quality performance of dyes and intermediates.
Collaboration with Production
- Work closely with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and provide feedback on production processes affecting the quality of dyes and intermediates.
Supplier Collaboration
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and intermediates.
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations as needed.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific regulations related to dyes and intermediates.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant quality control standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the quality of dyes and intermediates.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations.
