Responsibilities
- Act as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile practices and principles.
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, track and report on key performance metrics and milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables are of high quality and meet organizational standards.
- Drive the implementation of Agile best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
- Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Experience in working with Jira/Jira Align. Confluence, Miro experience is desirable as well.
- Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
- Knowledge and experience working in cloud technologies
- Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs
- Solid experience working with Architecture and engineering teams to assess and size story/epics
- Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
- Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
- Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
- Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
- Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2. At least 9+ years of practical experience in backend development, with a strong command of one or more programming languages like Python, Go or JAVA. 3. Proven experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems for high-traffic applications. 4. Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud) and container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes). 5. Solid understanding of database systems and data modeling, as well as proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. 6. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation, and understanding of microservices architecture. 7. Knowledge of security best practices and data protection measures for backend systems. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 9. Excellent team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
