Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on the company's sheet metal products.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's sheet metal products, including specifications, features, and applications.
  • Be able to communicate technical details to potential clients effectively.

Sales And Negotiation

  • Present and promote sheet metal products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts.
  • Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.

Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer preferences and market demands.

Customer Support

  • Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Travel

  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (sometimes relevant industry experience may be considered).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sheet metal industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
