Fresher (Graduates)
UG with Minimum 1 Year BPO voice process experience (Customer service in Tele Banking/Tele Sales)
Skills and Abilities:

Versant score should be more than 4
Basic telephonic etiquettes and customer skills
Candidate should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
Customer-focused and attentive

Job Responsibilities:
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information
Determines requirements by working with customers
Resolves problems by clarifying desired information
Cross-sell and upsell products/services
Salary:

Axis Inbound:
For Fresher: â'¹16,500 In hand + Incentive
For Experienced Only: â'¹17,500 In hand + Incentive

Shifts-Proper day shifts ,6 days working + 1 day Rotational week off
Direct walkin interview process
