Job Description (JD)
- To develop standardized production, quality, and customer specific standards
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and implement the corrective & preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
- Proficiency in devising significant solutions, managing day-to-day In-process Quality and Monitoring 4M Change (man, machine, method & materials)
- Abilities in managing & leading teams for running successful production operations for achieving Process Quality excellence in coordination with stakeholders.
- Steering CFTs in Understanding Voice of Customer (VOC) both internal & external, Warranty issues, Product & Process audits and deploy them in Gemba as micro and macro actions for better problem resolution.
- Hands-on experience in carrying out system activities like ISO 9001:2015, TS 16949, Six Sigma and (People involvement, Standardization, Built in Quality & Continuous Improvement)
- Possess a clear understanding of industry & technology trends with distinction of instituting Quality control techniques to achieve product quality.
- Adopt in defining & implementing Quality standards and structured processes/ internal controls for Manufacturing Operations.
- Significant exposure in working on Techniques like TQM, 5S, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, Problem solving tools etc. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D approach.
Job Specification: (Education, Training and Experience)- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years' relevant work experience in CNC Machining components
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Quality control and Quality assurance
