Job Description:

ZakApps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team with a relevant experience of 3 to 5 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies with a focus on building continuous and growing pipeline of leads for our SaaS products. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

● Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for our SaaS products, across various online channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing.

● Plan and implement targeted mail marketing campaigns to engage prospects and existing customers effectively.

● Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solution.

● Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.

● Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and optimize the sales pipeline.

● Conduct Market Research, competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation, competitive advantage and unique selling propositions.

● Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize growth potential.

● Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

● Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

● Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations on the progress and impact of growth initiatives.

● Implement Social Media and Digital Marketing campaigns in alignment with the organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on promoting software products and/or services.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results independently.

· Experience working in the software industry or promoting B2B software products/services is preferred.
