Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Customer Service Manager role located onsite in Hyderabad. The Sales Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction/service and managing sales. They will need to have strong analytical and operational skills as well as excellent communication skills to ensure smooth customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and recommended knowledge of a regional language
- Ability to work well in a team and handle difficult or challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
