Should have Team mgmt experience
Should be good at code review and team mgmt exp needed
Responsibilities:
- Help to solve technical problems when they arise
- Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
- Mentor junior team members in terms of key decision making
- Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
- Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time
- Architect & design technically robust flexible and scalable solutions
- Work closely with technical developers to produce a highlevel solution and document it such that it is possible to walk through with the end users/stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8 Years of work experience
- 25 years of engineering management experience preferably in either an established technology firm or a fastgrowth startup.
- Strong interpersonal communication and managerial skills
- Prior management/mentoring experience of Senior Engineers
- Selfmotivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive it to accomplish highquality deliverables
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to excel in a fastpaced and agile environment
