Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing loan operations, managing customer relations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for assessing creditworthiness of new applicants, providing recommendations for product and service enhancements, and training and developing team members.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience in loan operations and customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
