Job description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the companys overall digital marketing strategies/ messaging, including blog, email marketing, marketing funnels, newsletter, podcast, SEO, social media, video, and web pages. You will assist with the hiring, developing, and managing marketing team members to achieve the business marketing objectives.

• Overall responsibility of the establishing company brand, though leadership and inbound lead generation via digital marketing channels.
• Developing annual business plans and setting goals for the digital marketing function to meet those goals.
• Managing the digital marketing budget, including staff hiring and training activities.
• Developing team members by providing information, educational opportunities, and experience growth opportunities.
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Monitoring the performance of digital channels and campaigns to ensure that they are reaching their target audiences and generating conversions.
• Developing marketing strategy and planning for online advertising campaigns, including SEO, emails, social media, PPC ads, and video or display ads
• Working with the web designers and programmers to develop new features for company websites or overhaul existing ones.
• Establishing guidelines for content creation to ensure that all materials are consistent with the brand image

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing in a B2B SaaS organization
• Up-to-date on the newest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven experience to lead and create a digital marketing team.
• Thought leader on digital and inbound marketing and enterprise collaboration.
• Good understanding of different social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is needed.
• Innovative and exceptional analytical skills.
