Overview
The Mom & Child / Aesthetic Coordinator plays a crucial role in our organization by providing support, guidance, and education to expectant mothers and parents, as well as coordinating and managing aesthetic services for clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of both mothers and children, as well as clients seeking aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule aesthetic services for clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and support to expectant mothers and parents on various aspects of care for themselves and their children.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and participation in mom & child and aesthetic services.
- Manage inventory and supplies for both mom & child services and aesthetic treatments.
- Collaborate with the client services team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and materials for mothers and children.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in aesthetic services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engage in effective problem resolution when necessary.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of client information and services provided.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Aesthetics, Child Development, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in coordinating aesthetic services and/or working with mothers and children.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology for administrative tasks.
- Understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in client interactions.
- Certification in Aesthetic or Beauty Therapy is an advantage.
