The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a proven track record of designing and implementing robust test automation frameworks. As a QA Automation Engineer at Xotiv Technologies, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of automated test scripts.Key Responsibilities :Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plansDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) to validate software functionality and performanceExecute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolutionContinuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency, reliability, and test coverageParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the codebaseWork closely with manual testers to coordinate testing efforts and ensure comprehensive test coverage across all platforms and devicesMonitor test environments and collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure availability and stability of test infrastructureStay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in automation testing and incorporate them into our testing processesRequirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong foundation in test automation principles and methodologiesProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPreferred Qualifications :Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesKnowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and protocolsFamiliarity with mobile application testing on iOS and Android platformsExperience with cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStackJoining Xotiv Technologies offers you the opportunity to work on innovative projects with a passionate and talented team, in a supportive and inclusive environment.
