As the Head of RTR Operations your key responsibilities will be:
- Oversee monthly financial closing, operational performance and other accounting processes
- Accountable for effectively reviewing the ICS controls in RTR scope
- Lead teams of RTR specialists and operational performance, coaching and development of this team
- Responsible for RTR resourcing processes, including engaging and retaining talent, staffing, performance management, training (incl. new directive and policies) etc.
- Identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements
Your KPI's Will Be Amongst Others Realizing targets on leading process KPIs
Realizing annual cost and FTE targets
Staff engagement and performance (e.g. employee satisfaction)
Your Qualifications - Develops talent and a learning environment, with continues improvements mindset
- IFRS knowledge is up-to-date and complies with other relevant rules and litigation
- Drives results and is ahead of automation and digitalization
- Guarding integrity of processes and systems
