Job description
Professional qualification in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
A good knowledge of commercial workplace interiors as well as materials. Have a basic knowledge about MEP and site measurements. You have SketchUp, CAD, hand-drafting skills, client interactions, Photoshop, Presentation and Adobe Acrobat skills. You will be required to go for site visits to document the existing site conditions. Need to maintain a project tracker for ongoing projects on a daily basis and also evaluate the progress of the site as per design standards. Manage design deliverable at concept, schematic, design development and tender and construction stage. Collaborate on projects with project consultants, CAD team and 3D visualizers as required. You will perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time.Job tags
