Service line - Full truck load

About the service line

– A fast-growing B2B marketplace in the intercity trucking business, aggregating the fragmented supply and generating loads for them from all kinds of B2B customers (Corporate, SMEs, Agri-commodity traders, other transporters, etc)

1. Develop and execute strategic projects to drive revenue and margin growth within the existing business segments, including product, upselling and price optimization. 2. Conduct External Market Analysis and Identification of new levers of growth including partnerships that involve collaborative GTM 3. Track and analyze key metrics –Lead and pipeline as per BD. 4. Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management. 5. Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management and report approved plans to Finance for processing. 6. Build systems/reports/dashboards and drive adherence to automate sales KPIs 7. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. 8. Translate high-level strategy into actionable projects - and own those projects

Requirements: 1. MBA from top tier B schools preferred 2. 3-5 years of experience, with a prior experience in Sales Ops / Strategy 3. Should be extremely strong in data analytics with hands on experience on querying and dashboarding tools 4. Good grasp of generic as well as industry-specific P&L drivers 5. Familiarity with tech-enabled businesses is essential 6. Knowledge of the Indian eCommerce and Logistics industries, and an understanding of SME Businesses within India is a big advantage 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills - brief and to the point 8. Comfortable with working with a certain level of ambiguity in the information available 9. Flexible in driving projects in an individual contributor capacity as well as owning teams for long-term goals for the business
