Job Overview We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production and delivery of our products to meet customer demands. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications And Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising skills and understanding of product development process
- Knowledge of import and export regulations and document drafting
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software
- Fluency in foreign languages is a plus
- Experience in international business development is preferred
Roles And Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage production orders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
- Prepare and maintain documentation for import and export processes
- Assist in the development of new products and designs
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for business expansion
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
