Job Description: Sales and Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Drive the sales of company products, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Recommend products to customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and interests.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
Proactively generate new leads through market research, networking, and other channels.
Convert leads into orders through effective communication and sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with clients through calls and emails to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Business Development:
Contribute to the overall business development strategy of the company.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth from both existing and potential clients.

Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Primary Skills:
Sales Acumen:
Proven track record in sales with a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively to potential and existing clients.

Client Relationship Building:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent service.

Secondary Skills:
Business Development:
Experience in contributing to the development and execution of business growth strategies.
Ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.

Record Keeping:
Proficient in maintaining accurate records using CRM tools or other relevant software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Technical Knowledge (Electrical):
For candidates with engineering background, a solid understanding of electrical products and solutions is desirable.
Ability to comprehend and communicate technical information to clients.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M. Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electrical, or Master of Engineering (ME/MTech) in Electrical
