Role Overview
As a TA Executive(C2C) in our staffing division, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 2+ years of experience to contribute to the success of our staffing Engagement:
- Â Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with existing clients.
- Â Understand client requirements and expectations to provide effective staffing Facilitate clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
- Â Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staffing Coordination
- Â Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
- Â Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless staffing Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.
- Â Prepare reports on client satisfaction and staffing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Â Proven experience in client relationship management or staffing coordination (2+ years).
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Â Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Â Familiarity with staffing processes and recruitment is a plus.
