We have openings for Trainer @ Corrohealth Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: Min 3 years required Location: CHN / HYD/ CBE/ COK/ NCR Roles and Responsibilities: · Bachelor degree in science, Life science or Paramedical with coding certification. · Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills, etc. · Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy and physiology. · Analytical and critical thinking skills to understand data to influence decision making. · Awareness and adherences to HIPAA privacy and security regulations. · Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Desired Skills: · Should possess good communication skills, sound knowledge in Anatomy & coding guidelines. · Excellent performances in maintaining the team quality, production and attendance. · Good in verbal & written communication. · Well versed in creating training contents, exposure to excel, PPT work · Positive attitude and open for learning? Experience in MS Office - Excel, word and MS power point will be an added advantage. · Flexible to work in different shift timing. · Exposure in handling training batches of Fresher/ OJT/ Audit feedback/Refresher session Eligibility Criteria: · Should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HCC coding. · Certified from AAPC / AHIMA. · Experience in coding strongly recommended. · Should possess an excellent leadership and team handling skills.
