Job description

Be able to capture the business needs and work with customers to deploy innovative integration solutions as a part of the customers transformation journey to generate business value

• Strong collaboration with functional and infrastructure teams as well as external partners
• Provide escalation support promptly and lead RCA & problem management activities with a resolution in a timely manner
• Responsible for message monitoring and promptly error handling
• Capable to design and develop any SAP PI/PO & CPI interfaces per business requests on time with great performance and quality in a secured manner
• Establish and sustain process for certificate management
• Assure all SAP development complies with Celanese standards and controls.

Qualifications :

1. Strong experience with design and deployment of high-performance and scalable SAP interfaces
2. Experience in troubleshooting approaches and technical skills to conduct root cause analysis - must have good debugging skills towards error resolutions
3. Good written and verbal communication skills to align across global teams and the ability to transfer complex technical scenarios into business language and vice versa
4. Minimum 4+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation & integration in support projects.
5. Good experience in designing, development, and implementation of integration flows (iFlows) using SAP PI/PO or CPI
6. Hands-on experience on SuccessFactors Integrations with CPI
7. Experience in using various SAP PI/PO or CPI pallet options (integration patterns - message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP Experience in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms and SSH keys
8. Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.
9. Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow
10. Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP PI/PO or CPI (SuccessFactors, ODATA, SFTP, SOAP, Process Direct, Mail Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver
11. Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling
12. Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products
13. Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows
14. Experience in Monitoring Integration flows
15. Experience in BTP activities such as service key creation, Tenant Management, Destination setup, Role provision etc.
16. Have BTP API-M knowledge.
