Job description
The Sales Officer for Home Loans plays a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the growth of home loan products. They are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will also provide expert advice on home loan products and guide customers through the application process.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets for home loan products
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and documentation
- Conduct financial analysis and assess customer eligibility for home loans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong understanding of home loan products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct financial analysis and assess customer eligibility
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools
