Calibration & Performance Validation preparation.
• Confirm the requirement of Calibration & Performance validation
• Confirm Test items and standards
• Get approval for Test track and facility
• Arrange for fuel, equipment and vehicle
• Ensure consumables and accessories are available
Measurement and analysis:
• Measurement tool fitment
• Carry out the Calibration activity / Performance Measurement as per standard
• Post process, analysis and make report and review
• Counter measure proposal if performance not meeting the requirement
• Perform calibration review before release of calibration at milestones
• Validate the final series calibration received from Supplier for industrialization
Knowledge and experience sharing
- Release summarizing material as engineering report
- Hold meeting to share knowledge and experience
- Keep track of calibration process evolutions from corporate and share to Tuning Teams
