What You Will Lead/Do Or Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of the IT industry with a background of prospecting to IT decision makers.
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to maintain a high volume of outbound calls per day/week/month.
- Use Phone/Email/LinkedIn to connect with prospective customers. -Follow up, manage, and drive qualified inbound marketing leads to sales accepted opportunities with the mission to effectively grow the sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
- Learn and understand how our technology platform address various customer pain points.
- Be able to communicate our technology platform value proposition to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and source sales opportunities that align with the ideal customer profile for our technology platform for the purposes of maximizing solution value and product adoption.
- Software/SaaS experience, sales experience, or other related business experience.
- Outstanding communicator via phone and email to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to promptly respond to a high volume of inbound leads via phone and email while maintaining outbound call volumes.
- Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes and tools.
- Proactive in seeking new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in situations that can be unstructured and potentially stressful.
- Ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to do initial research on accounts prior to contact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, WebEx or similar web conferencing product, and any sales management tools
- Demonstrate strong desire to keep up to date on technology trends, changes, & best practices.
Preferred But Not Required
- Has experience in a fast paced or start up environment.
- 2+ years of B2B sales development (SDR / ADR / BDR) experience.

- Meet target goals of conducting platform demos per day/week/month.
- Meet target goals of converting leads into introduction demos and paid sign ups per month
