Field Technical Support

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by phone to assigned branch when they have difficulties to solve complex technical issues.

• Provide support on site when the escalated issues cannot be solved remotely.

• Provide support on site to help in the commissioning and start-up of complex projects or equipment.

• Support the field in the installation, commissioning and start-up of pre-series and/or 0- series from new products in introduction phase.

• Provide Technical support to the sales force and service leaders when bidding for a complex New Installations / Modernizations job or a complex service contract which demands more than the usual know how in the sales force if and when required.

Expertise :Desired experience in Schindler Products for at least five years.

Knowledge and Skills :Desired Schindler elevator and escalator products knowledge, IT skills, English skills. Customer oriented behavior.

Education :BE (Mechanical/Electrical)
