Job description
1. Call each advertiser/agency who has signed up on the portal but have not executed the campaign.
2. Help the user complete the journey on the platform by explaining about the company offering and features of the platform. 3. Have a sales centric mindset while solving user problems. 4. Troubleshooting of queries about the platform and how to move forward. 5. Document all conversations in a well explained manner 6.
