Job Summary -
Analyst / Sr. Analyst - Enterprise Risk Management, Reporting to the Program Head of Enterprise Risk Management Function (within the Chief Risk Office Department)
Years of experience needed -
Technical Skills:
Understand and contribute to the ERM program of Mphasis group by:
. Performing reviews of the identified Key Risk Indicators relating to risk statements
. Actively contributing to update of the Risk Register, holding discussions with the process owners and obtaining sign off on new risks and KRIs
. Performing risk reviews independently and identifying risks and controls
. Documenting the process flow charts using Visio / other flow chart tools
. Independently performing analytical reviews of data using Excel and other tools
. Assisting in ESG Risks identification and monitoring
Certifications Needed:
. Fresher MBA from Tier 2 / 3 colleges / Universities interested in Risk Management
(or)
. B. Com candidates with upto 2 years of experience in Finance / Internal Audits
(or)
. Fresher Chartered Accountant with Internship / Articleship experience in Big 4 or similar firms
. Certification in Risk Management courses preferred not mandatory
. Good Communication skills
. Working knowledge of MS Office mandatory - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
