Domain - Engineering / Automotive / Manufacturing / IT

Full‐cycle recruitment (researching, screening, scheduling, closing) for multiple job requisitions/orders, for numerous hiring managers. Work closely with hiring mangers as well as the team members to understand the roles deeply, write captivating job descriptions and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates. Brainstorm with the hiring manager to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search; then research, e‐mail, call and interview candidates you identify. Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process: understanding their needs, qualifying their competency, culture fit and add, supervising the interview process, and CLOSING! Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles.

Requirements

University Degree – Bachelor or Master is preferable. Minimum 4 years full cycle recruiting experience. Hands on Japan local hiring on Automotive, Energy, Heavy and Digital Engineering vertical Sourcing using social media sites experience. Ability to run pipeline reports and know what the numbers mean. A hit‐the‐ground‐running plan for launching an aggressive hiring campaign. Write compelling job descriptions to find right-fit candidates to the position. Experiences in creating interview processes, planning and implementation of corporate event. Multitasker and build professional network by reaching out to candidates through email and phone calls. Conduct any arrangements carefully and precisely. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English Global job portal and social media recruitment experience Hands on report generation and database maintenance
