Salary up to 28k walk in interviews only. Answering questions about a companys products or services: Customer care employees should be knowledgeable about the companys offerings and be able to answer both general and specific customer questions. Processing orders and transactions: This may involve receiving and processing incoming orders, transactions, as well as handling order cancellations, product returns, or exchanges. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems: Customer care employees should be able to resolve product/service issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers. Delivering information about a companys offerings: Customer care employees should be able to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the companys products and services. Providing proactive customer outreach: Customer care employees should be able to reach out to customers proactively to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Job tags
